How to Submit & Approve an Incident

  1. 1. Submit an Incident: Click "Submit Incident" and fill in the details about what happened

  4. 4. Analyst Reviews: Someone with approval access looks at your report

A: If a report is rejected, it means a reviewer determined it should not be included. Rejected reports are archived and not shown on the map.

A: Yes! When submitting a report, you can upload photos and videos. Reviewers can view these files before deciding whether to approve your report.
